The latest edition of DECO Proteste magazine, published in September this year, highlights EZU Energia, part of the Grupo Alves Bandeira universe, as one of the energy suppliers most appreciated by Portuguese consumers.

According to the independent study conducted by DECO Proteste among its subscribers, EZU Energia ranks second in the national customer satisfaction index, with a score of 8.2 out of 10, standing among the only two companies to achieve a rating above 8.

The survey also reveals that, although 79% of respondents did not change their energy provider over the past year, 77% of those who did expressed satisfaction with the switching process.

Regarding pricing, and based on simulations carried out by the study’s organizing entity, EZU Energia consistently ranks among the top three suppliers, demonstrating the company’s strong value proposition in the Portuguese energy market.
