CEAT Tyres for Case IH & New Holland

CEAT Specialty, an agricultural tyre brand exclusively represented by AB Tyres in Portugal, recently closed a deal with CNH Industrial, the world's second-largest agricultural equipment manufacturer, to supply its machines, produced in Brazil and Argentina, with their range of agricultural tyres.

The agreement was reached after several rounds of evaluation and audits conducted by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and various tyre tests based on different evaluation parameters.

As a result of this agreement, CEAT Farmax tyres are now installed as original equipment on Case IH and New Holland tractors.

The Farmax tyre range is internationally recognized for its durability and efficiency, specifically designed to enhance longevity on the road and provide better traction and tyre life, thus increasing overall efficiency.

"We have always had confidence in the quality of our agricultural tyres since introducing them to the market in 2017. We have invested in world-class technologies and the best people to design our products. This partnership with CNH Industrial further strengthens that credibility. We hope it will be a long-term collaboration so that we can continue to help farmers increase their productivity," says Amit Tolani, CEO of CEAT Specialty.

Established in 1924 in Turin, Italy, CEAT has come a long way since then. The company was transferred to India in 1958 and later became part of the RPG group, one of the leading business groups in India.

Currently, CEAT is one of the leaders in tire production in India, with a global presence spanning over 120 countries.

In Portugal, the CEAT brand is exclusively represented by the distributor AB Tyres, a company belonging to the Alves Bandeira Group.
